Quantum Leap can be classified as "TV Show el Classico".  This show was the biggidy bomb!  If you never watched Quantum Leap then let me give you a heads up in the cool department.  Quantum Leap was about this dude Sam that went into the "Poject Accelerator" a.k.a. a time machine, and ended up dedicating his life to helping people out through out various points in time.  His objective was to either save someone's life, save someone's love life, or something crappy like that.   The trick to the show was that he took the place of that person and would only look like that person in his reflection.  So sometimes he would take the place of a woman and have to wear a dress all episode, it was silly.  Sam had this dude Al who would pop up here and there to give Sam the 411 on the situation so Sam can save the day.  AL had this crappy ass calculator thing that pooped out stats on the person so Sam can change what happens.  I think it was a TI-30Xa solar modified, it was a pretty crappy calculator.  I used to have one and it sucked, it didn't do anything cool like Al's.  My personal favorite part of the show was the end, not because it was over, but because it led into the next episode.  He would warp to somewhere else and be in some ridiculous scenario.  He would be like some Evil Knievel dude about to jump some cars or end up on a Buckin' bronco.  I always thought it would be awesome if he warped somewhere and immediately got kicked in the nuts.  He would never see it coming, now that's entertainment.
