Portland parking is the worst.  It's so hard to find a spot late at night, especially when there is no parking on one side of the street.  If you're not informed, in Portland there are certain nights where you can't park on a certain side of the street, this is due to cleaning the streets.  And the best part is they aren't even cleaning the streets right now.  Jeremy and Mo smashed a tv on our street and cars ran it over and shit and when the snow melts you can still see pieces of it.  The worst part about parking in Portland is that the West End is so populated that it's all out war for parking.  Last night I was looking for parking and I drove around for what seemed forever looking for a spot.  While I was looking I thought I saw Mike G. walking down the street so I gave "Mike G." the finger.  It wasn't Mike G., just some carnie dude.  I figured once I do find a spot I'll be beat up by this guy.  I didn't.  So when I found a spot it was for a 15 minute parking spot, so I had to move it at 6:00 am.  So at 6:00 am I had to wake up, get dressed, and walk out in the cold just to move my car.  It's retarded.  My next apartment is going to have a driveway, no a garage.
